This is the first time I've ever felt the need to post a Google review, because this is hands-down the worst retail service I have ever experienced. My first time in this store, the woman working the counter gave me the wrong part after looking it up on her computer. So this time, when I needed new wiper blades, I went to go look it up on the little computer in that section, like I've been doing for the past 15 years. The girl at the counter (who I'm pretty sure is the same one) told me that I needed to come see her, because "people still get it wrong after looking it up." While looking up the blades, she asked me if it was a C or K model 1500, and I told her it didn't matter (that is the 2 v 4 - wheel drive designator), and she responded that it did. As an aside, the C/K 1500, 2500, and Suburban from that year all use the same size blades (and have a ton of other interchangeable parts). She then asked me what size I used last time, and I didn't remember, which also apparently makes me an idiot. Then she told me I needed 18" blades. Since they gave me the wrong part last time, I double checked on the Rain-X site, and sure enough, it needed an 18. So I bring them up the counter, and she goes "well, I guess you know what you need" in a snotty, sarcastic tone. Bear in mind THIS IS THE SIZE SHE JUST TOLD ME TO GET. After I made my purchase, she advised me to "try not to work too hard" while I was walking out of the store. If you need parts, I suggest Auto Zone just down the street. I've received nothing but great service there. The only reason I went to Advance is because I happened to be coming south on Cedar. Won't be making that mistake again.
